NTGA | GEOTHERMAL SEPARATOR
Horizontal Geothermal Separator Pressure Vessel with internal baffles. Designed in accordance with ASME VIII Divisions 1 & 2. Finite Element Analysis conducted on eccentric cone and large openings. Wind & Seismic Load applications in accordance with AS/NZS 1170. Fabricated in co-ordination with Culham Engineering.
STOLTHAVEN | CHEMICAL STORAGE TANKS
Three API 650 Chemical Storage Tanks designed, fabricated, installed & commissioned in co-ordination with Culham Engineering. 1100 m3 working volume with internal heating coils & self-supporting cone roof. Fitted with appropriate insulation & AS 1657 compliant access structures. Detailed design packages including fabrication drawings for all fittings & furnishings.
METHANEX | RAW WATER PUMP VIBRATION ANALYSIS
Vibration Analysis of Raw Water Pump head for increased motor size and weight. Site survey, 3D modelling & modal analysis to assess resonant frequencies. Support structure modifications made to adjust natural frequency away from operating frequencies. Construction and commissioning completed with no operational concerns.
